On
completing the registration request and being allowed listing in
"www.InDial.com" ("the Site") of The New Order,
you enter into the InDial.com User Agreement on the terms and conditions
set out below.

Terms of this Agreement
This Agreement is for an indefinite term. Either party
can terminate for any reason at any time. If we, The New Order,
terminate this Agreement, we will E-mail you at the address you
provide on registration, and you will be deemed to have received
it within 24 hours of transmission. Termination will be effective
at that time, so that the assigned User privileges will no longer
be valid. You will be responsible for notifying us of any changes
to your E-mail address or other details as applicable.
2.
Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, copyright or similar rights in
all material presented on the Site, including graphical images,
is owned by TNO.
3.
Limited Permission to Copy
You are permitted to print or download extracts from these
pages for your personal use only. Any copies of these pages saved
to disk or to any other storage medium may only be used for subsequent
viewing purposes or to print extracts for personal use. You may
not (whether directly or through the use of any software program)
create a database in electronic or structured manual form by regularly
or systematically downloading and storing all or any part of the
pages from this site. No part of The Site may be reproduced or transmitted
to or stored in any other web site, nor may any of its pages or
part thereof be disseminated in any electronic or non electronic
form, nor included in any public or private electronic retrieval
system or service without TNO's prior written permission. Requests

or use. They do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon

We reserve the right to add to or change the terms of this
Agreement. Any changes will be posted to www.indial.com/agreement
and it is your responsibility as a user to refer to the terms on
accessing this service. Changes will be effective 24 hours after
first posting to the Site and you will be deemed to have accepted
any change if you continue to access The Site after that time.
6.
Material Submitted by Users
Certain elements of The Site will contain material submitted
by users. TNO accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy
of such material.
7.
Advertising Material
Part of the Site will contain advertising and other material
submitted to TNO by third parties. Advertisers are responsible for
ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site complies
with International and National law. TNO will not be responsible
for any error, omission or inaccuracy in advertising material, and
reserves the right to omit, suspend or change the position of any
advertising material submitted for insertion. Acceptance of advertisement
on the Site will be subject to TNO's terms and conditions which
are available on request.

Data Protection
TNO may send information and offers of products and services
to you from time to time, unless you have indicated on the registration
form that you do not wish to receive such material.
9.
Indian Law
The Agreement will be governed by Indian Law. The Mumbai
(Bombay) courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes
arising under this agreement.
